Rested in July 2010. Immediately, when we realized where our hotel was, we were shocked. Right in front of the construction site, dirt, trucks go one after another. Administration - no comment. It is a big problem to catch someone at the reception, they were almost always absent. We stayed on the 6th floor in a two-room suite. The room is good, there are no complaints, the entire hotel has excellent plumbing and expensive lamps, cornices, etc. The owner did not spare money for decoration. This is where all the charms ended. There was no hot water, they explained to us that it is served 1 hour in the morning and 1 hour in the evening, there is not enough pressure until the 6th floor, and if we want to wash, we have to go to the shower in a free room on the 2nd floor. This is due to saving firewood, the hotel is less than half full and it is not profitable to heat a lot of water. After a telephone conversation with Patkovski's office in Ivano-Frankivsk, hot water appeared in our room in the morning and evening. To the complex Bukovel 500m through the mud and past the current sewerage along the road, and there everything is already beautiful and dignified. Restaurant - on our table for a week the tablecloth was never changed, judging by the fact that it was laid inside out, it had been lying there for more than a week. Large black flies crawled on the tables and cutlery absolutely calmly. The food is so-so, it's definitely not a restaurant, but a decent canteen. On the fifth day of my stay, my child got poisoned with borscht, in which, as it turned out later, the cook put smoked meat, it was probably not fresh, otherwise why cook good smoked meat in borscht? Nothing for adults, but the children's body could not cope. I had to go to Yaremcha in the middle of the night and do a wash in the infectious diseases hospital, because in such a huge tourist complex there are no doctors who can help. In general, if it were not for the wonderful "regional view" of Bukovel, which smoothed out the negative, the rest would have been completely ruined. The owner has invested very decent money in the hotel, and the weak and narrow-minded staff reduces everything to "Soviet unobtrusive service. " Very sorry. The nature in Bukovel is gorgeous, breathtaking, but this summer we will stay in another hotel on the territory of the complex. Patkovsky did not pass the service test.
