Reading the reviews about the New Year, I understand that a lot has changed in this hotel since then - the price is lower, and the service, accordingly.
There is Wi-Fi and it's free which is a plus, but that's where all the good stuff ends.
1. Service - they waited a very long time to be settled, although they had pre-booked a room. They ran at the reception, called somewhere, asked to wait for more and more - most likely, our reservation was given to someone else, hoping that we would not come, but we were beating here and there. The cleaning of the room was, however, apparently, no special effort was put into it - the bath remained dirty, the rooms were not cleaned, and the dust was removed only in the most visible place.
2. There were no towels and toilet paper in the room!! ! Forgot to put in when cleaning. Had to wait 40 minutes again to get everything we wanted!
3. Restaurant. Although it exists, it is of little use. The breakfasts are small - even for my wife, who is small and fragile, it was not enough + the food is somehow tasteless !!!
4. It was terribly cold in our room! Although it was cold outside at night, the rooms should be warm and comfortable - we were not lucky with that! I was driving home with a runny nose and a sore throat!
5. I won't say much about soundproofing - this is a problem for most wooden hotels, but the proximity of other rooms was on top!!
In a word - if the room cost less, you could put up with it, but the price is absolutely different from the level of service. Therefore, forum users, if you have other options, think twice before booking this hotel!

All worries and doubts dissipated at a meeting with the administrator.... The room (we rented a two-room duplex) is cozy and clean, very warm, although the heating level was minimal.

Gorgeous view of the snow-capped mountains from the windows and two balconies. The interior of the hotel itself was a pleasant surprise. In reality it turned out better than in the photo in the galleries. The hall of the restaurant and the children's cafe are so cozy that they didn't want to leave. . . The hotel staff is very friendly and hardworking, it was not necessary to make unnecessary reminders about anything. The waiters of the restaurant are very hardworking, special respect to Ivan and Volodya. I was pleased with the bathhouse built this season. We went on December 31, got a lot of pleasure and did not want to leave. . . A wonderful New Year's program with fireworks, especially the festive table, which was bursting with delicacies. Everything about this hotel was wonderfully organized, we will definitely come back next year. Many thanks to the owners of the hotel and all the staff. Oksana is generally the best as an administrator.
