And so I’ll start in order from the very beginning, my husband booked a room in this hotel in advance, paid, but upon arrival our room was occupied and we were temporarily settled in another and of course they didn’t notify when ours would be free, we woke up the next day and went to ride skiing, and when we arrived from skiing... we come to our room, but our things are not there....they arbitrarily relocated us, without our knowledge... this is one thing... to be honest, we were very outraged... although they would have warned... well, okay . . so they also moved to such a room... in which mice scrabbled all night in the wall... kapets... in general, it was wonderful to sleep... so besides all this they have water at night in general was gone... there was a big frost, the water was all frozen and its supply completely stopped....they made it only in the evening...
Well, after such a fun night... my husband naturally went to the administrator and asked to change our room... upon arrival from skating....we already guessed . . that they themselves moved us back... our guesses were justified...
And so, in general, we liked the rest in Bukovel itself... despite all the disadvantages of the hotel... but they had good food, a very good buffet... we ate our fill)

ask if you would like to come to this hotel again... most likely not... and now we looked at the prices for December 2010 . . the prices are not justifiably high... and the hotel itself is not so close to the ski lifts... we went by car... so we will look for something closer and for normal money)))
