A very unpleasant impression was left about this hotel from the very beginning. They wanted to book directly through the hotel, to which they heard in a very stubborn tone that in no case would they book us for a day (although we needed 2 rooms, not 1). Well, nothing, we decided that this is just an unpleasant woman, it happens. Booked through booking for a day without any problems. But the most epic happened during the eviction. After they took our room, after 40 minutes they dialed from the hotel that we ruined their towel and 200 UAH from us ! ! (which costs 100 UAH from strength).
The room did not provide information that a fee could be charged for something (this at least kind of justified such an attitude), and the towel was not stained out of great desire (there were traces of wine on it, which spilled and there was nothing else wipe it, because even toilet paper is left in the room just enough that by the evening it was gone). We were shocked! We travel a lot and have been in many hotels, all sorts of cases have occurred, but we have not seen such gooniness in any hotel!
Although, we guessed what a "customer-oriented" attitude is because we got stuck for a day, also in the standard)) because I doubt very much that people living in a deluxe room would be told this, it's very shameful! We could just drop and ignore this nonsense, because they accepted our number, but we did not spoil our mood, returned, left money for this wonderful towel with the hope of developing this hotel!
