I wanted to change the situation and breathe fresh air away from major cities - so we decided to go to Bukovel. It was expected that spring would begin there in the second week of April and it would be possible to wander somewhere in the forests and mountains, but the weather had its own opinion on this matter: it snowed every day - to the delight of skiers and snowboarders who arrived at the end of the season. Well, okay, we were not upset - anyway, we walked and rode a little. And half-price mulled wine at the ski lifts came in handy : )
From the hotel "Blue Mountain" were mixed impressions. The staff is quite friendly and accommodating. Without any questions, they settled us with a small dog, although we did not stipulate in advance that we would come with an animal, and we were a little worried about this. In the cafe, the food was tasty, but a little expensive (as, indeed, everywhere in Bukovel). Portions are moderate, don't overeat. The cost of our stay included complex breakfasts: a choice of scrambled eggs, cheesecakes, pancakes and something else, a sandwich with butter and cheese, coffee (instant) or tea and cookies. There are no complaints about breakfast - only once there was a hitch when we ordered pancakes with blueberries for breakfast in the evening, and in the morning they brought us sausages. It happens.
Our room is a 3-bed one-room junior suite in the attic. Quite comfortable, no frills. Although the curtain on the window directly opposite the bed can hardly be called an excess, but it was just not enough in the morning when the sun rose. An electric kettle with cups in the room would still be nice, or at least cups so that you can get hot water in the cooler on the second floor.

The facilities are not new but in decent condition. The main negative was that the tap water had a strong smell, as if it had stagnated. Washing in this is not very pleasant. There was not enough outlet at the mirror - so that you could use the hair dryer fully.
Wi-Fi worked in the room, the speed was good.
The location of the hotel is convenient: close to the ski lift and the bus station. There is a place where you can take a walk with a dog and not mess around in the mud up to your ears : )
In general, "Blue Mountain" is the very middle peasant, in which there are approximately equal numbers of pluses and minuses. If we get lucky.
