Stayed at this hotel a couple of times. For the first time it was quite good, spacious room, good food, the only thing I didn’t like was dirty towels and dirty carpet in the room, and the bed was somehow worn. It seemed that no one replaced anything and just hastily removed the hand in the room, just making the bed and laying out a triangular towel from the previous tenants. The second time - it was sheer nonsense, we were driving in a large company, a person under 20. We booked long before arrival, but as a result, we had difficulty finding rooms. My husband and I were settled in a very nice room, good, large, with a good bathroom, and then an hour later they came and said that this room had already been booked for others and we were evicted to the house where the hut is located. Our new room: a stuffy, deadly little room, 3x3 meters, a tap fell off in the bathroom, the door didn’t close at all, and on top of that, everything that happened in the hut on the first floor was heard verbatim. and all this pleasure for the same price - 450 UAH. After a half-hour scandal, we were given a favor - a small discount, but the mood was pretty spoiled and there was not the slightest desire to relax in such conditions for such a price. As a result, we went to spend the night at a nearby hotel and promised ourselves never to stay at Natasha's Hotel.
