Stayed in this hotel for the third time. The first 2 times everything was very good. But this time something went wrong:
1. We were 2 people in the room, but we were not given a second card.
2. We lived on the third floor - the battery is slightly warm, it is difficult to dry things + the temperature in the room is + 17-18. You can turn on the heater, BUT! If you leave the room, then without a card (and it is one, see item 1), there is no electricity and the heater does not work. At 22.00 they said that it would be warm in 3-4 hours. What to do until then was not prompted.
3. It turned out to be a broken sofa. They said to sleep like this, and tomorrow the furniture maker will come, tomorrow they said that the day after tomorrow they will buy a part, etc.
4. The trash can in the bathroom had a broken pedal to open it. They said use it. When asked how so, answered open it with your hand! True, on the second day it was replaced.

5. The receptionist was more than completely sick. She coughed and sneezed in all directions. We did not get sick as a result, but it was extremely unpleasant.
6. The restaurant ordered potatoes with garlic - brought with onions. The next day, the order was repeated, this time brought with one half of an onion ring. To the question - where? the waiter just shrugged.
7. We ordered a car once and left half an hour later - they made us a double counter for a simple one, well, ok. The next day we waited for the promised car for 40 minutes, no one made any discount for being late.
8. Instead of a bath, they took us to the sauna. The sauna is good, but it was not a bathhouse, and the price is twice as different.
9. For all this almshouse we were promised some kind of compensation, but naturally nothing was done as a result.
