But. . . it all started before departure - for some reason the reservation on booking was canceled, although I made an advance payment and the receipt of the advance payment was confirmed to me by the hotel administration. I immediately contacted the hotel - they said that they did not remember to confirm, they found my payment receipt, and re-confirmed the reservation - which took me a little nerve and time) They settled us immediately upon arrival, an economy class room, clean, comfortable, audibility -heard everything)) it's good that the neighbors were not noisy. A big minus - during the day the heating is completely turned off, in the evening you come from skiing frozen and wet - and in the room + 15. . For two evenings they complained - on the third night they brought us a heater, and we were able to sleep not in tracksuits and socks. At this temperature, there is nowhere to dry clothes. There was always hot water in the bathroom, you can use the washing machine, soap and shampoo - 3 pieces for all 3 rooms. We had no desire to take a taxi to the ski lifts, we went out onto the highway to catch buses - look for stops, the bus does not stop in the middle of the road, and there are no signs that this is a stop either in Polyanytsya or in Bukovel. Equipment was rented in the same place where they rode, on the 2R lift, the same price as in the hotel. We got back to Ivano-Frankivsk, asked how to get there - but they said to take a taxi at the hotel to the Bukovel bus station. As it turned out, there is no bus station in Bukovel at all, we were brought to a patch in front of a pizzeria where you need to catch a bus to Ivano-Frankivsk. They asked us to take us to the last bus stop, where it turns out they don’t take passengers, well, the driver was good, and told us that we didn’t have to go to Bukovel, the bus goes right past the hotel, there is a stop 4 minutes from the hotel where we could without any taxi take the same bus. Couldn't the hotel administration tell us that we don't need to go to Bukovel to take the bus? And, the taxi is the property of the owner of the hotel, so they couldn’t))) I can’t say anything about food, we didn’t go to the restaurant, we cooked ourselves in the kitchen. In general, you can live in a hotel, but next time we will go to a hotel closer to the ski lifts.
