And I was satisfied, the only negative is not very "strong" breakfasts, but we had enough of everything, although we were embarrassed by the abundance of semi-finished products in the form of purchased dumplings and pancakes, but the employees tried very hard to diversify the diet and cooked cereals and prepared gravies, in general, they did everything that in their powers. But that's the only minor downside. The rooms themselves are beautiful, new furniture, good repair, dishes, everything is tastefully selected, excellent beds with excellent bedding, bedding is changed every third day. Terry towels, bathrobes, slippers. . . We took apartments. since it was important to cook for the child, but there is only a microwave for cooking, we got by, but the hob would not be superfluous. I want to say in a separate line about the hotel staff, all the wonderful people, the manager is very attentive, we were with a child and the manager tried to do everything to make us comfortable (he allowed us to stay in the room a little longer on the day of departure) and generally tried to help in everything. A wonderful masseuse Ivanka, they go to her from other hotels and call her to set the disc in case of injuries. Here she was already mentioned in the reviews - I completely agree that she is a wonderful specialist and person. The staff in the kitchen, they are also the maids are very attentive and polite. In the whole hotel and spa complex everything is very clean, good repair, swimming pool, sauna, jacuzzi. I just want to advise you not to take a room on the ground floor, because in the bedroom there is a high window, under the ceiling and that's it, not very comfortable. We had apartments on the second floor, we are completely satisfied with them.
