Restaurant Lucky Bull
We visited this "chic" place in February 2017.
They brought the menu... interesting... the price is indicated, but the WEIGHT of the dish is not. Well, okay, we think we are on vacation, it seems people are not poor))) They did not specify the weight of the dishes.
The man ordered a country style steak with potatoes, and ordered a sea bream. We also ordered beer (0.5 and 0.3), nuts for it, grilled vegetables (not much) and 2 glasses of wine. The prices were not small, but acceptable.
They brought a huge steak, which my husband did not even finish, the fish was not big.
How much do you think the bill was? We couldn't believe our eyes! ! Three thousand UAH!!!!! ! This is in Ukraine!!!! ! Not in Austria!!!
I called the waiter. He brought the menu and pointed at the tiny line at the bottom of the menu where it says that the price is for 100 gr.
I asked: "Why don't you inform your customers about the weight of the dishes, why is the weight of the finished dish not indicated on your menu, as they say everywhere? " To which he replied: "And I thought that you know that a steak cannot be less than 400 grams"... A worthy answer!!
Then I ask:
-We ordered 2 glasses of wine, and you counted 6.
-So in a glass there are 150 ml, and in the menu the price is for 50 ml.
Why didn't you warn me?
-So you didn't ask. You asked for a GLASS, I brought a GLASS.
In general, we paid the bill like suckers, the evening was ruined.
Thanks to the waiter, it's a pity I didn't ask his name. By the way, he does not even know that potatoes in English - sweat, what level !! ! But he is very well trained in how to rip off a client.
I am sure that all the excellent reviews about this establishment on other sites are written by the restaurant staff.
Bypass this place on the tenth road, otherwise there will be nothing to get home later)))
