They could not solve this problem in any way: they agreed to settle only part of the group. Then they gave the keys to everyone, but they didn’t explain in a human way where to leave things and that you can only rinse in the shower (after 12 hours, the rooms supposedly should be free). We were in a hurry for the tour, we were tired after the train and hungry. After some bickering, they gave the keys to the rooms, but when we unpacked our things, we decided that the issue was settled and went down for a further trip, we saw the administrator's "debriefing" scene and we were told in a rather rude manner to take our things from the rooms.
