By the way, the hotel itself has three stars. The hotel is not bad, but the service does not stand up to criticism. We arrived on the evening of 31 (we had a tour, naturally coordinated by the travel agency with the hotel administration). So, in the hotel we were not even able to feed! You see, they are preparing for the New Year! Was it really impossible to provide a couple of dishes, especially since there were children with us and I repeat, the check-in time was agreed . . In another hotel, where most of the group was accommodated, they were fed, although that hotel was a lower class. I had to make myself instant porridge in a two-room suite . And this is in the room for 2000 UAH! There was no kettle or hair dryer in the room either. The room was never cleaned for 4 days, only the trash was taken out. The next day, we were also not able to be fed breakfast, although its cost was included in the tour. Breakfast is very modest, if not poor. At the same time, something constantly ends, and the finished one is taken out only 15 minutes after the reminder. In a restaurant with rather high prices, the waitresses were constantly stupid, for example, you order 3 portions of pancakes, they bring two. Or they forget to bring forks/spoons/sugar etc. Or everything has already been brought, and tea has to wait. It is cold in the children's room, the toys are broken and there are few of them.
Well, the cherry on the cake is the sauna. At a price of 480 UAH for 2 hours, there was no water in the sauna pool! Moreover, the remains of water accumulated at the bottom, which stagnated and smelled bad. And we had to smell this disgusting smell for 2 hours! I think it is simply unacceptable to treat clients who have paid for accommodation in this way and such, if I may say so, "service" is not weak money.
Our conclusions: the hotel is not worth the money, it is better to find something simpler in the same village, and go to the salt room here (the only thing we have no complaints about).
