A very good administrator - special thanks to her - helped with the transfer to the railway station. The hotel had billiards, tennis, vat, sauna and some other games. In principle, it’s not boring at all and there is something to do. If possible, we will come again.

At the same time, the rooms were not immediately found - the staff was surprised by our appearance, they only demanded an early full payment even before settling. In the old building they offered a birdhouse under the roof with a tiny window in the ceiling, although when booking it was stipulated that the room would be with a window. Since the first night was paid for, and no one was going to return the money, we stayed at Alpine Eco Chalet & Wellness.
The room in which we were settled was simply terrible: it had such a stench of sewerage ...It was impossible to get rid of the smell. An air freshener was suggested as a solution.
The same smell is in the vicinity of the hotel, and our friends were settled in a room with such a "flavor" (
The water pressure in the shower is terrible - even a man can hardly wash his hair, a girl with even medium-length hair is better not to even start.
The lock on the front door was broken.
For all these jambs, no compensation was offered, but on the contrary: due to the fact that we lived 1 night instead of the booked 3, the price per night increased by 500 hryvnia per night from five.
After a 20-hour journey, we were forced not to rest, but to run around looking for another hotel.
Dinner and breakfast were offered for 900 hryvnia per person. For dinner, they brought a huge plate of the cheapest pasta and ONE piece, 1 * 2 * 4 cm in size, of chicken. Vinaigrette was piled on top of hot pasta. It turned out great khryuchevo (but not dinner.
We spent one night and moved to a wonderful hotel for 650 hryvnia per person.
