The staff is very responsive and friendly. We had a scheduled departure at an unscheduled time and we did not provide for an agreement with the carrier about the transfer (their own fault). But the owners helped out and took us.
In general, we were satisfied and know where we will go next year.

And so on - the little things decide everything ; ) Everyone is polite and friendly, even despite the influx of tourists during the holidays. In short, thank you all very much, we will try to come again!

Double bed and two single duvets on it, seriously? The toilet constantly stinks, which is the most annoying stink from the neighboring toilets, as the exhaust system is clearly problematic. The absence of such primitive things as a shower mat, which is simply NECESSARY with slippery tiles. We were given TWO TOWELS for 2. TWO!! ! That is one medium size per person. In the hotel (if you can call this place there) Ursa Major wipe your feet, hands, face and body alone. There is also no hair dryer provided. Audibility is perfect. Our coupon included a 2-hour visit to the sauna, the hotel commented with the phrase "You will go when we say. First those who pay go, it will be free - go. " The path in front of the hotel is not to be cleared of snow in principle, and you yourself understand how much snow there is on Dragobrat, so go smoke a cigarette knee-deep in the snow. I'm taking a vacation in March for the third year in a row. Everything is on a very good level. Food is great. They asked for a "real" banoche, so since then I love corn. You get a positive response to any request (although they didn’t ask for stars from the sky and good weather). Rooms, bar, sauna - at a very decent level.

There were 4 people, two in each room. Everyone was very pleased. My wife and I have been staying at this hotel for the second time, so we did not bother with the choice before the trip.
