The hosts dine at the same time as the guests.
If you check in in the morning, then look for the receptionist on your own. But they will check you in immediately if there are rooms (I never waited for check-in until 13 o'clock). The same applies to check-out, if the room is free until the evening, stay without any surcharges.
If you forgot to bring something in a restaurant (for example, compote after dinner), you just need to be reminded.
If something is not working in the room, tell them and they will fix it. You need to clean the room - again, tell me.

You are a guest here, but at the same time a friend around whom no one will especially dance.
The hotel has two buildings, newer and older, we lived in the old building. Everything is clean and tidy. The stairs creak. If you walk in slippers, they creak less. In some places, the wooden paneling on the walls has already spread, the furniture on the floors is also not the latest release. But we were glad that in general there are these lounge areas with sofas and armchairs on the floors, and you can sit all together, and not on the bed in one of our rooms. This is not available in all hotels.
The rooms are a bit hot, these are the nuances of the heating system. The cupboards are new and clean, the bedding and towels are new. There are refrigerators. The floors are carpeted throughout, except for the bathrooms.
Great hosts. My company increased every three days, and each of my "change 2-bed to 3-bed, and add one more room" was accepted without increasing the amount of the prepayment and without any problems during check-in. On the second day, a friend's mount on the board broke, they replaced it at the local box office for "thank you".
Food - as elsewhere on Dragobrat, large portions, porridge in the morning and unlimited tea. Everything is fresh. Huge bar in the lower area between the new and old building, with a fireplace, table football and the atmosphere of a winter holiday in the evenings.
