1) Location to the ski lifts. Within a 5-minute walk are all the central ski lifts of Dragobrat, as well as cafes and shops.
Did not like:
1) Number. Booked a room for 2 couples. Received a number of 2 rooms: 1st - checkpoint. 2nd - a small closet, which fits only a bed, bedside table, table and there is little space for passage. There is no soundproofing at all (you can hear your neighbors phone vibrating). The thaw dripped from the ceiling. There is mold in the shower in the bathroom, a very noisy sewerage (you can hear the water running down in the neighboring rooms, since the pipes are not bled). For 5 days of rest, cleaning was not carried out even once. Once the garbage was taken out, and then only at our request. Towels and linen are also not changed.
There is practically nowhere to dry things, since the batteries are small, and there are no special places.
Half of the handles are missing in chests of drawers and bedside tables, the dust is not wiped after all the tenants.

Lighting - poor (permanent twilight). If you want to read or sew something up, you will have to do it during the day by the window.
There is also no kettle and an elementary set of dishes (glasses / saucers).
2) Nutrition. Terrible. Suitable only for the unpretentious. The "favorite" dishes of the cook are flour: empty pancakes, pasta, soup with dumplings. Minimum meat and vegetables. Cookies, butter, and honey. which are included in breakfast often ended as early as 8:30, although breakfast is served until 9. There is no personal approach (in our case, they promised vegetarians to replace meat with eggs or a 2nd serving of vegetables and safely forgot about it on the second day).
For five days, 3 times they found hair in food, and 1 time it was with the waitress (she is also an administrator, she is also a maid). No one apologizes, the dishes are not changed, and they do not learn from mistakes, as the situation repeats itself.
The dining room is very small, there were cases when we had to take turns eating, because there were simply not enough chairs. The tables are close together, to sit down, you need to ask the people at the next table to breathe and move. There is mold on the window sills, the paint is peeling off.
3) Service. He is not. You have to run after the maid. In order to get boiling water - wait 20 minutes in the dining room until the kettle boils.
3) Rental. There are only skis. The skis are old, Victor (responsible for rental) does not understand them at all, he does not differ in politeness and attentiveness to vacationers. The ski storage room also doubles as storage for personal boards and skis. Often, in order to pick up your board, it was necessary to call Victor and listen to his displeasure due to the fact that he was disturbed.

4) Additional amenities. Wi-Fi is almost non-existent. Catches only in the dining room, and a little bit - in the rooms that are above it. There is a sauna (300 UAH/hour - up to 6 people) and billiards. But since the same courteous Victor is in charge of them, we did not manage to get into it (Victor was not particularly interested in giving us anything).
TV (if anyone is interested) shows only 2 channels.
As a result, we regretted that we stayed at this hotel (there were 5 nights). For the same money you can find hotels with better conditions.
I can’t even say that this hotel is designed for poor students, so even as students, we saved on additional amenities, but not on cleanliness.
