Went with a group of 14 people, booked by friends. Moved to a good location. Of the pluses, in fact, that's all.
1. Number. 1600 UAH for 8 sq. m. This is a closet, not a room! The audibility is as if they are not talking in the next room, but right next to you. Untidy wires hang everywhere. When they flush the toilet in the next room, they hear 3 neighbors. Closet for two people is small, nowhere to put things. The bed linen is terrible, old, it was unpleasant to go to bed and, frankly, scary. I found a long black hair on the towel (definitely not mine or my husband), thanks. The door to the toilet did not close, and when they pulled and turned the lock, a huge gap remained below. Privacy? no, you haven't heard. There is a lamp in the room, but only 2 bulbs work, the rest are blinking. Between the floors there are also only 2 bulbs in each lamp. Dark and gloomy. Dusty pre-Soviet carpets lie on the floor. The room has an antediluvian TV, in which even a flash drive with movies has nowhere to insert. The TV didn't even turn on. In total there are 4 sockets in the room: 1 in the toilet, 2 for TV and one free.
2. Nutrition. Terrible. This is slop, which is a shame to give to people who are going to ride all day. For breakfast there were semolina and 3 undercooked eggs. And that's it. Tea... well... you can’t call it tea, it’s impossible to drink because. no tea flavor. There was also corn porridge with cheese for breakfast and 1 slice of bread, sausage and cheese. It looks like breakfast in a Soviet pioneer camp. On requests to bring the supplement, the answer is negative. There was never meat for dinner! Fish - yes, liver (1 piece) - yes, but cape - no! And we're moving on to staff.

When ordered extra. coffee was paid later at the bar, but it turned out that it was included in the general check and our friends paid again. Very unpleasant!
3. Service. We have to fight for food! When you come, you need to find the waiters and say here I am, I want to eat, bring it. Then wait 15-20 minutes and there is a chance that they will bring you food for which you seem to have paid, or you may have to call again. Forks and spoons were always missing. There is food, but nothing to eat. In principle, they could have forgotten about your order! ! As well as about you, in general. Separately, I ordered coffee (45 UAH for a minute), once we finished eating and didn’t bring coffee. And the second time the guy brought coffee spilled in a saucer, the sugar in the bag got wet. Ummmm what? Before leaving there was breakfast: oatmeal and 2 pancakes. Waited 30 minutes for pancakes, talked to 3 waiters and you guessed it, she left hungry, expressing, to put it mildly, her displeasure.
4. Wi-Fi and entertainment. Agree, in the modern world of remote work, this is, to put it mildly, very important. Not only does the wi-fi not work there, but there is no connection there! That is, if you need to work, go outside. The game room, which you have to pay for separately, is terrible. This is a basement with a disgusting renovation and an old table football and billiards. We booked, but of course, they had an overlap and there was another company with us.
By the way, we moved to a "suite" (my husband said that he didn't dare to call him that) in 2000 and nothing but the size of the room has changed, absolutely!
Communication with the administration did not lead to anything. We just nodded and apologized.
A lot of money has been paid, but the feeling is terrible.
If you don't want to spoil your holiday, bypass this hotel on the tenth road.
I wish the administration and owners to update the hotel and the quality of services provided.
