I would like to share my impressions about the rest in the hotel "Kremen" in January 2013. I'll start with the cons, because there are a lot more of them in this hotel. The first and, perhaps, the most important disadvantage is the complete lack of soundproofing. It seems that everyone sleeps under the same blanket, goes to the same bathroom, and so on.
Many people write about a plus in this hotel - a chair lift under it. Our entire holiday, that is, since January 10, the chair lift under this hotel did not work, we had to go by car to other slides.
At times, the food was very pleasing, but, again, not always. Undercooked dumplings, undercooked chops, cabbage with fish for breakfast and so on spoiled the impressions about this as well.
Upon arrival, we were informed that if we want our room to be cleaned, we only need to hang a sign on the door and it will be cleaned literally immediately. We hung out a sign for several days in a row - and the so-called cleaning waited only on the fourth day. "Cleaning" consisted in the fact that we changed a new garbage bag in the trash can, in the bathroom.
We got another surprise when we entered the room, turned on the light and found a flying mouse that was circling around the chandelier.
I would also like to note the boorish staff of the restaurant in the new building of the Kremen hotel.
Among the pluses, friendly staff in the old building and, perhaps, that's all.
Based on my own experience - I will not go to this hotel again.
