Rude attitude towards visitors, terrible, not tasty food, cold rooms, shower without ventilation, stink from the kitchen, it’s cold in the hotel - both in the canteen and in the bar, there is Wi-Fi, but it doesn’t catch on the first floor in the room, driving hot in the evening ends, you need to have time to wash, new skis are of terrible quality, the prices in the bar are high, you can hear what's going on in the neighboring rooms. Nothing at all to like about the hotel. I can't figure out why I'm taking that kind of money.
