We rested in Dragobrat at the Santara Hotel, with Ash in Dragobrat we were taken by the driver from this hotel, Anton on Cherry Field. In the car, the stove has not been working for many years, the windows are covered with a layer of ice, almost nothing is visible through the windshield, I drove at a speed of 50-60 km / h. Wildly freezing in the car, entering the hotel and putting the bags, the hostess immediately demanded payment. There was no hot water in the room, we had to wait for the boiler to heat up. The water only warmed up the next morning. It was the only morning, and indeed the only time, when we washed our hands and washed ourselves. The room is constantly cold, because the battery was turned on only for 2 hours in the evening, there is no hot water... the light went out in the evening. They connected a gasoline generator, which was only enough to pump cold water. For 5 days we lived in the cold, without hot water, without light (we went to the toilet with a candle). The hostess answered the complaints - if you don't like it, look for another hotel. The hostess is really very stingy, you can't ask for toilet paper!! ! On the 6th night, the heating was completely turned off, the window sill and windows were covered with a crust of ice, steam was coming from the mouth... There was no water in the toilet drain tank !! ! And the reason for this was simple, the hostess, during the day she did not buy gasoline for the generator, hoping that the transformer would be repaired. There was a short answer to all claims - sue! Then we were asked to leave the hotel. All other hotels were busy. We have a train in 2 days. When asked where we should go. . . the hostess had nothing to answer!!!
Another very important point! Hotels pump water for cooking and drinking from a stream, a little higher up the river relative to all hotels. There is no sewerage in Dragobrat, and therefore all waste products flow into the same river, but downstream. I asked to pour boiling water into a thermos, so when I poured this water out the next day. . . THE WATER WAS DARK YELLOW WITH 3-4 cm SEDIMENT OF MUD, CLAY, SAND. To be honest, you can’t even make out what kind of muck it was. Other hotels have wells. The Santara Hotel also has it, only there is no water there, so the food for us was cooked from water from the river, although without knowing such details, the food seems generally edible. Now you have to donate blood for Hepatitis, after such a write, so you rested is called....
The only plus was that the owners of the hotel arranged a good New Year's program with live music and competitions, which were so lacking in some (I can’t say for all hotels, because I didn’t recognize them in all) Dragobrat hotels.
