We were strongly advised to go to Dragobrat, because everything is in place there, you don’t need to go anywhere in Bukovel, you left the hotel and you are already on the mountain. I will write in detail our impressions....We drove to Dragobrat by car, and the locals are already raising the mountain in their cars. The ascent by car costs 200 hryvnias, the descent too, the car parking at the bottom is 15 hryvnias per day. We rested in Stupar. The hosts are really very polite and nice people in the house warmly. But…. Where did you see large portions and feeding for slaughter??? ? Here is the meal of one day: in the morning - four pancakes with a spoonful of jam, tea, in the evening - soup with pasta and a tiny piece of meat and mashed potatoes with a small piece of chicken and two plates of pickled cucumber, compote. My six-year-old child ate all this (this despite the fact that he eats very little, less than an ordinary child, and here he rode and ate, of course, more than his usual amount), my husband, who was also very moderate in food, was very surprised at such nutrition. Salads and does not smell at all, it's good that they took apples with them. Now the number. . . Beds. The first night I hardly slept. I woke up as soon as I turned myself or my husband. To say that the bed creaks is an understatement. This is some kind of wild gnashing with every even small movement. Everything else: full audibility, music behind the wall, non-closing toilet, lack of wardrobes and tiny rooms, all this is nonsense compared to something. My child and I were going back, I was dragging his skis and mine, my son was constantly falling, I couldn’t help him, because I could hardly hold myself with two pairs of skis, in the end I had to use beds and a descent to the mountain... Here the descent is just a song. Yes, we were not deceived, really everything is nearby. Literally 90 meters, but it's in a straight line. And the road is serpentine, and you can only crawl along it, because cars rolled it away. And to walk this distance in equipment, in boots, it’s just what a horror to leave him alone, there was no other way out and almost run to the hotel to drop all the equipment and hobble back after the child. They already picked him up, but he just couldn’t walk, you get up on your feet and immediately fall again. I’m on the priest to him, towards the horse (there you can be lifted on a horse for 20 hryvnias), it’s good that the man in front of the horse managed to push me to the side, otherwise I rolled right under the hooves. By the way, my husband also almost fell under the horse, he also could not turn off. Apparently the man who drives the wagon is already used to saving people in front of the wagon. And there are still cars driving, not often of course, but they do. Naturally, I didn’t want to think about the second trick of the day. Hmm... Equipment: 50 hryvnia for skis with boots, a helmet is not offered for some reason, when they asked why, they said something like that it’s not Bukovel and you don’t need it... Yeah, not Bukovel, but the flatter track seemed to us more difficult than the track for beginners, 7th in Bukovel. We found helmets for a separate fee for 20 hryvnia per helmet. Plus points, here without them it is not possible, for 15 hryvnias. Total equipment turned out for 85 hryvnia per day. The lifts are open until 5pm. And in Bukovel until 7.30. The most beautiful skiing is in the evening, when the track is lit up, such beauty. But these are memories of Bukovel. And my husband said that the conditions on the hill were simply delightful: a small booth next to a bench and a tractor, people were sitting drinking coffee on a tractor and a bench. It must be some kind of nostalgia for Soviet times. What can I say…. I can only say one thing, we will never come here again. There were also pluses. It's cheaper to hire an instructor here. We took the child an instructor for an hour for 150 hryvnia. The child began to ride. The descent from the training hill costs 5 hryvnias for one descent and 10 descents are already 35 hryvnias, that is, 3.5 hryvnias per descent, which is cheaper than in Bukovel. We stayed in Dragobrat for 2 days and left for Bukovel. There they broke away to the fullest. And the living conditions are much better, and of course skiing, for which we actually go on a winter vacation, cannot be compared with Dragobrat. I want to note once again that the people there and there are very welcoming and friendly.
