Good afternoon everyone! I want to write my comments about the Votaville hotel. This is the most disgusting hotel I have ever stayed in. The owners of the hotel lure all vacationers through a discount site, offering in particular deluxe rooms with discounts. When I saw this "suite" I was speechless. Really number pulls on economy and no more. There is a double bed in the room with a dirty, washed-out smelly bedspread, an old stained rug next to the bed, a chest of drawers made of furniture, and either a bedside table, or a stool and that's it......... Things can only be folded on the floor. No wardrobe, no sofa, no table - NOTHING. Hairdryer in the hotel one for all - at the reception. It was I who described to you the so-called SUITE ROOM. A separate conversation is food in the dining room (or as the hostess of the hotel calls it in the RESTAURANT). It is such an impression that the main task of the cook is to ensure that all vacationers have a volvulus of the intestines or indigestion as soon as possible. This is not food - it's really POILE. Even if you order separately for money, they will prepare such vomit that it is impossible to eat it. You can also order a frozen herring (22 UAH), 1 baked onion + 1 tomato + 1 pepper for 35 UAH or potato pancakes on burnt sandals!!! ! There are no shops or pharmacies in the area. This is what the owners of the hotel take advantage of by hijacking the prices of all products. In order to go down and up to the hotel, you need to order a local UAZ, which charges you 250 (two hundred and fifty hryvnias for the descent and the same for the ascent).
Post real photos of your rooms on the site, it’s not nice to deceive vacationers. THIS is the image of your hotel.
