I want to be objective, so I will first note the positive points:
- convenient location, warm, hotel entirely made of wood, tasty food. Separate words of gratitude to povau Rustam for the barbecue - it was indescribably delicious.
what I didn't like:
- poor soundproofing, you can hear everything that is done in all neighboring rooms.
- with a delicious kitchen, catering is poorly delivered. Breakfast and dinner happened to wait for 40 minutes, despite the fact that we arrived on time. Product problems. It was impossible to order what was on the menu, because either there was no sour cream, or “they didn’t make dumplings today, ” or they didn’t bring semolina.
- Portions are small. For the first time in all my trips around Ukraine and abroad, I got up from the table with a slight feeling of hunger. For dinner, I had to order the first one, because it was not included in the two meals a day.
- on each floor there were clothes dryers with plugs that had nowhere to stick - sockets did not fit.

- they said that there would be WiFi, in fact it did not turn out - the antenna was broken by the wind.
Well, and most importantly - on New Year's Eve we were attacked by three drunken locals. There was no conflict as such, they were just looking for someone to cling to. A minute before, they hit the bartender, then attacked with a "rose" from a glass on my friend who was dancing with a girl, and then on me when I wanted to stop the fight. A friend was almost left without an eye - the wound of the century was then sewn up in Rakhiv, I got off with black eyes. There is no security at the hotel. CCTV is a complete mess. We were unable to obtain a record of the incident for the police. Complete inaction of the administration. We could not even get them to call the police, although on New Year's Eve a detachment was on duty on Dragobrat in a car and the hotel administration knew about it. Only we were involved in trips to hospitals and the police, they did not even offer us help in this.
Although, purely humanly, they did what they could - they found brilliant green and bandages, bandaged them, and then one of the attackers even got a good blow from the cook. But more was expected from the administration - to provide security, the arrival of the police and testimonies. Otherwise, from these scumbags next time someone else will get it.
