We rested in the sanatorium "Borzhava" in July 2015. I want to share my impressions of the vacation.
Undeniable "pros":
1. Sincere gratitude to the work of the gardener! Very beautiful, well-groomed, clean, tidy area.
2. Friendly staff of the medical base. The girls calmly solve all the issues that arise (transferring the time of procedures, being late, etc. ), they try to serve.
3. Professional, active fitness trainer (Nordic walking) with a huge charge of positive Victoria Viktorovna. Special thanks and respect to her!
4. Continuity of the course of procedures (everything, except massage, is also performed on weekends).
5. A good range of procedures in the medical base.
Now about the "cons" (this applies mostly to the head physician as the organizer of the process)!!!

1. It is very tiring and contributes to the emergence of constant overlays, the need to independently form a schedule in each office of the medical building. This creates a very big inconvenience for both vacationers and staff. Every evening we made a table of procedures, since it’s impossible to keep everything in your head (it’s annoying during a vacation, I’m not talking about an elderly group of vacationers), especially since many offices often offer transfers! BUY a computer program that automatically optimizes individual schedules for visiting procedures (see how this is done in many other sanatoriums in Ukraine). This will save your staff from filling out a mass of journals and subsequent reconciliations with accounting!
2. All adjustments must be made by the administrator of the reception, and not by the nurses at the posts. This is very distracting for them.
3. Constant confusion with receipts. The need to record them every time a nurse. The program will simplify these moments greatly!
4. The new pool should have drains and doors (and not curtains that are constantly not pulled by someone, and you stand naked in front of the locker room of the opposite sex)
5. Ventilation should work in the balneological department. It is very humid and stuffy (especially since the baths are located not behind partitions, but in separate rooms).
6. Change the sofas in the phytobar (they smell bad). Woven sofas are not suitable, as people sit down wet after baths, and there is a noticeable smell. Leatherette sofa is much better!
7. Regarding cleaning. This is a separate issue! The maid should not have the question: “Do you clean? ” And what do you think? Another point: cleaning is not only vacuuming and taking out the garbage (which for some reason is left at each door, but only after passing through all the rooms they are collected in a heap and taken out). You also need to wipe the dust on the bedside tables, paintings, etc.
8. If you position yourself as a balneological resort, change towels more often (changed towels 1 time in 12 days)!!!!!
9. The maids should not be visible, cleaning should take place in the morning, when everyone is on procedures, in the afternoon people rest, many are in the rooms (sleep, watch TV, etc. ) They are on vacation! And then a knock on the door with a proposal to clean up. Everyone is forced to go out, sit in the hall and wait... It's somehow wrong!
10. Convincing request to the dietitian: diet food is wonderful, but not monotonous! Allowed budget and calorie limits do not interfere with the desire and imagination to make the menu more attractive.

I wrote my review so that the wonderful sanatorium "Borzhava" developed, improved itself and became truly "The Best Sanatorium and Health Institution in Ukraine. " Thanks for the rest!
