Rested at the Forest Hill hotel, as I understand these hotels cooperate or how to describe correctly. So, the kolyba in which you can eat (from the hotel) is not customer-oriented at all! We arrived at 12:30 and were sent to the hut to eat while the room was being prepared, and there was a sanitary hour from 11 a. m. to 1 p. m. When entering there, one feels the terrible and superior attitude of the staff, instead of explaining something, they shout from afar. The next day, we come at 2 p. m. , because they knew that there is a sanitary hour, and from 2:30 p. m. to 4 p. m. special orders, that is, it is impossible to order something in time, they answer again arrogantly as if we have a schedule for their day. Day of departure: we come early to have lunch before the road, at 1:20 p. m. they have a special order until 4 p. m. Actually, it's somehow not serious, right?
