As soon as they lit a fire, an employee runs up and declares in a rude manner: the brazier is very expensive, you have to pay for it.

As a condescension, they are ready to charge us only 45 UAH, since we had our own coal ((
We begin to clarify the situation with the administrator - a young girl. She just shrugs her shoulders, says that nothing depends on her, she is at work . .
Upon check-in, they were NOT notified that the brazier was paid, the website did NOT provide information.

What are you paying for, please? A small area is NOT cleaned! Near the barbecue is full of cigarette bulls, dog excrement, sorry . . but it was! (I photographed everything on the phone, the check for payment too) And they also notified about the paid barbecue already in fact and in a boorish form.
Vacation was ruined!
For us, rest is the process of cooking food in nature, it's a beautiful view of the mountains, it's walking in the fresh air.
