- lack of drinking water - in the bathroom and in the kitchen there are signs that the water is technical, you can’t drink it;
- a shower stall - a rather unstable structure, with a clogged drain - they called the administrator with a plunger, water accumulated on the very edges of the pallet and it did not go away for more than 15 minutes;
- there is not enough warm water in the boiler to take a quick shower for 2 people in turn;
- the sheet is smaller than the mattress, so you need to sleep without moving;
- the towels were outwardly rather worn and dull, did not smell of freshness;
- a problem with the key to the front door to the cottage - there was a chance of not getting into the room if the neighbors closed the front door - a few hours later the key was replaced;
- slippery steps in the yard - going down in boots with skis and sticks in your hands, there is a risk of falling very ugly and hurting yourself.
In connection with the above, I do not dare to recommend this hotel for a long and comfortable stay.

The main thing I did not like - the smell of feces when the wind changes in the rooms, probably somewhere near the pit-settling tank of three hotels (Yablunytsia, Inn and Villa Parliament), located a few meters from each other, probably for this reason in each room is a freshener air ...At first I couldn't understand why there were so many cans ...Secondly - very bad access to the hotel. We got there when there was no snow, it was raining and the road near the hotel is more suitable for SUVs than for cars.
I still didn't like the area near the parking lot - not clean, not finished / finished, there were piles of garbage, probably after the New Year holidays, but it was still disgusting to look at the bags and pieces lying around the tanks in heaps. We slept even worse, usually the energy of the Carpathians has a more positive effect, but neither the children nor we slept soundly, we woke up for an hour at night ...So we left earlier, we will not return in that direction. Third - there is no Internet in the rooms for 1200 UAH per day! ! ! That's it, sorry bullshit in our time.

I want to share my experience with all the tourists who decided to spend their holidays and leave their money in the Carpathians, namely in Yablunytsia, in the guest house "Inn".
We were going to go for the first time, not even having an idea about sadyba, kolyba and everything else. We found information on the Internet, phone numbers, phoned, the whole agreement was over the phone. Confidence, an advance payment was made through the bank, to the R / C sent to us.
The owner Volodya, as he called himself, was "indecently" kind, kindly provided us with a taxi from Lviv to Yablunytsya (900 UAH). Our train arrived late in the evening, or a taxi or overnight at the station after 25 hours on the train. more than 4 hours, the road is difficult, it still snowed in Bukovel, so we got there by 3 o'clock in the morning. And then the surprises began. to say that when we arrived at these apartments, the smell of sewage immediately hit my nose, and a sanitizer was parked in front of the apartments, in other words, a pumping station. Then we were told that there was no gas pipeline or sewerage in these places. Ok, let's move on.
Approaching the new apartments, we were stunned by the three-story spiral staircase, we climbed to the very top with our suitcases, God only knows what it cost my sister, she has a phobia for stairs in general. they have to pay a day more than was agreed with Volodya. Then disputes began, who said what, calls to Volodya (he didn’t even get up to solve the problem), he naturally proved that we want to sleep, but we don’t want to pay, nothing, that’s we already made an advance payment of 1000 UAH, and paid 900 UAH for a taxi, yes, by the way, the new owner, smiling maliciously, told us that he could send us a taxi for 450 UAH. It was a shame that people doing business in Ukraine were ready lose 6000 UAH (for accommodation 4 people 1500 UAH per day) + 3000 UAH (for a mandatory banquet 750 UAH per person), total 9000 UAH, forcing us to pay for a day more (of course, for an extra 1500 UAH. We do not calculated). After all this, we were simply afraid to stay there overnight (we were also kindly offered came to sleep until the morning, insistently demanding a passport as a deposit), and we were a female company and a teenage son. So we stayed on the street, late at night, around the Carpathians, snow, and silence. Horror! Our dear Volodya did not answer phone calls , the doors were all closed, such hospitality, and on the nose of the New Year, December 31 in the yard. We phoned our taxi driver, since he was in Bukovel, on the way back he stopped by and picked us up from this "beautiful" "Inn". We celebrated the New Year in Yaremche, in a good place, overlooking the mountains, on the banks of the Prut River and were happy that we did not stay in the "Inn". and God is the judge of this Volodya, if he does business in this way, a person does not think about tomorrow. They wanted to go to court, to an organization for the protection of consumer rights, but in our state....
And we are generally delighted with the Carpathians, beautyaaaaaaaa, we want to go in the summer, but we will act differently.
