The staff is friendly, always ready to help, the administration solves all emerging issues very quickly and tactfully, you won't have to make a fuss : -) the rooms are warm and comfortable, clean. In general, everything that they promise on their official website is and is true. The service is worth the money. Summary: I will go again and probably more than once.
