My wife and I spontaneously decided to celebrate the New Year in the Carpathians. We turned to Ethnotour - they handed us a tour with a settlement in the "Golden Crown". They screwed up with the tour, everything cost tripod! When we arrived at this "hotel", I wanted to spit in the face of the company employee who sold this tour, turn around and leave. Someone bought the "Golden Crown" during the collapse of the Union, made repairs and most likely things did not go well. Therefore, it was redesigned, part of the premises was leased to companies, shops, etc. Now there is not even a reception desk there. You live in a run-down House of Life in the city of Muhosransk! This rooming house is not closed at night, it is not guarded, there is no parking (negotiate with a stoker, let him look after 15 UAH). The rooms don't even have a wardrobe, just a hanger with hooks on the wall. The window in the room does not open because it is "deaf". There is nowhere to put things and shoes, only in the middle of the room! In the rooms for 4 days no one cleaned, probably no one. The food is disgusting! Feeding can be compared with Soviet canteens. Even for a New Year's banquet (600 UAH. per person) managed to serve cutlets cut in half and from all the bounty, 1 bottle of champagne for four. In short, you have to love skiing very much in order to contact the Ethnotour travel company and live in the Zolotaya Korona House of Life.
