My wife and I drove to Baika at the end of June 2009. We liked the hotel, clean, comfortable rooms, magnificent nature, clean air. Unfortunately, all my good reviews end there.

When checking in, it is necessary to warn guests about what awaits them, a sleepless night, that the restaurant is booked for local parties, discos, corporate parties, that the fun will continue all night, until five in the morning. And according to surveys, others vacationers, this happens almost every day. The acoustics are excellent, there is no sound insulation, as a result, after a long road, a sleepless night. And the next morning is not so good, the forest in the area is not so beautiful and the air is somehow not very clean.
2. Absolute indifference, lethargy of the staff towards vacationers. In the restaurant, we had to wait until the waiter served his familiar customers (obviously one of the locals or employees of this institution), although we arrived and made an order much earlier. We felt tired after a hard night shift.
3. What about the bear in the cage. This is a big minus for the hotel. A terrible sight, a cage, dirt, stench. In addition to pity, and tears on my cheeks, standing next to someone's little girl, this does not cause.
We ran away the next day, having learned at breakfast that the restaurant was ordered by school graduates and we were waiting for another Sabantuy worse than the previous one.
