Last time I wrote a review, everything was great. But then we came just to walk around the territory and eat. This time we decided to come with a hotel stay for three days. Our vacation ended early. That last time, that in this complex someone celebrated a wedding. Sleep is simply impossible. Until one in the morning there was loud music and fireworks, then the music was turned off, but until three in the morning drunken howls and outbursts of drunken emotions were heard.

Until one in the morning there was loud music and fireworks, then the music was turned off, but until three in the morning drunken howls and outbursts of drunken emotions were heard. Then the whole drunken crowd went to spend the night at the hotel, but since the soundproofing is very poor, you could hear how they climbed the stairs, and how someone felt bad in the bathroom. As a result, we fell asleep only at 4 in the morning. The pillows were still very uncomfortable, too humpbacked and hard, feeling as if some kind of hump was being pressed into the neck. The handles on the doors (entrance, interior) are broken, it is very difficult to close the door, the door in the room did not close at all.
The kitchen is very tasty, but breakfast was included in the price, it was buffet style. Buckwheat, oatmeal, potatoes and cuts (apparently leftovers from the wedding, the sausage is not the most expensive and the cheeses are generally tasteless). That is, compare when you order in a restaurant with them - everything is very tasty, but the buffet breakfast is a collection of very cheap food. To say that it is delicious is not, you just eat, as it is paid.
After breakfast we left early. It's good that they returned 50 percent of the cost.
From the pros:
- good location in the mountains
- well-groomed territory
- Delicious food in the restaurant
- nice waiters
- the opportunity to ride horses (the horse Buyan is simply amazing! )
Minuses:
- do not comply with legal requirements for silence at night
- terrible soundproofing
- if you get on the day when a wedding or corporate party is celebrated (and this often happens, since there is a banquet hall), then a night without sleep is guaranteed to you
- uncomfortable pillows
- Swedish breakfasts - nothing, it's better to take standard ones when they cook for you in a restaurant
If you come for a walk and eat at the restaurant, it's great. And if with accommodation - such a thing, since they have not heard about "hours of silence" from 23 to 7 here. At the reception, they only dismiss the phrase: "So we had a corporate party. " That is, at a time when one company is having fun until the morning, then the rest of the people should not sleep. You can't call this place a recreational complex, more like an entertaining place for banquets with the option of spending the night.

4. Very beautiful area and view from it, the hotel is located on top of a mountain almost above the village of Tudov.
Minus. There is a lack of staff at the hotel.
Let me explain - both the bath and the tub are serviced by one guy, the bath and the room with the tub are at a great distance from each other, a person simply does not have time to physically run and help vacationers. This was especially felt in the tubs, when you constantly need to monitor the temperature of the water in the tub, and no one is around and you have to call someone through the reception - it's not very convenient. It is also not logical that the girl behind the stable reception in the lobby, she carries tea and runs to the bath for any questions. That is, it is clear that there are not enough people and this creates difficulties for vacationers.
And so I recommend the hotel to everyone.

I really liked the hotel! Rested with children and a large company. The area is large and well-groomed, there is a large lake where you can fish (extra charge), children's pool, playground, coffee shop, restaurant, beautiful observation deck. The hotel itself after renovation, it is clear that the owners care and try. Room service is also great, they didn't ask - they brought everything. The prices in the restaurant are ADEQUATE because many people write that it is expensive, but at the resort it will not be cheap at all! There is a swimming pool for adults, clean and swimming. They offer excursions to the mountains, horseback riding, etc. Barbecue, skewers - also available, for firewood you have to pay extra.
Settled in time, did not expect. Newcomers are very well received - with embroidered towels and liqueurs; ) The holiday was a success, did not want to return, children are happy, adults are happy.
I took away one star only because the firewood was paid for and the children's pool was lowered on the second day of our stay because it was being cleaned.

Small check-in at 14:00. and settled in 16:00 with the children waiting until they had time to clean up after arrival, it would be good to clean up and we could wait, but we did not get that. The administration knew about this corporate party in advance, but for some reason did not inform us at the arrival (we were 4 nights and 5 days). They refused to return the money for one spoiled day of rest, violating my rights. So decide, young people on vacation are gorgeous, as in American movies ...mountains ...pool ...drunken faces ...For a family vacation - may not be as lucky as us - for example.

The hotel is quite small, clean and notable. The area is naturally charming and well maintained. It is supplied with water to the rooms - does not dry the skin, and hair after shampooing as after a beauty salon! The difference with the Dnieper "water" is very noticeable!
I liked the wide range of services of the complex - carp fishing, trout, spa, salt room, excursions, photo shoot, paragliding, hunting ...It is also nice that the staff listens to any wishes of customers and appreciates the reputation of the institution - it is high level for Ukrainian tour business! Food - very hearty and delicious dishes, especially remembered pork skewers, hunter's trophy (greased boar), mushroom soup and desserts! Special thanks to the waiter Vasya - such professionalism is not always found even in foreign resorts! Keep it up! Yes, and with the weather we were also lucky - from 7 days the rain was one day, and then about an hour))). Summing up my review I will say yes - I will definitely come back here again!

The territory of the complex is very beautiful, there is a place to take a walk, we didn’t go high in the mountains because there was a lot of dirt on those forest paths. We ate in Kolyba, very tasty and satisfying, the portions are quite large (sometimes they took one dish for two). The service is good, all the waiters are polite and efficient, always smiling. We didn’t use any additional services (we were in the salt room only once), but we just went for a walk and get some air. And yes, there was little time. We decided, if possible, to go here for a longer time and already when it snows. I didn’t notice any obvious shortcomings, maybe they don’t exist at all. . . We liked everything
