The essence of the problem: on the SUPERDIL website, I chose the 2nd floor. a room in which there were 4 beds (this can be seen in the photo and in the description) in fact, a room of 3 beds was provided, although, as agreed, I paid extra for my eldest son. The answer was: "if you don't like something, get in the car and get out of here. " From my house to the hotel 1200 km. By the way, after payment, I waited about 3 weeks for a 4-bed room to be released. The maids barely persuaded him to ALLOW to issue the 4th mattress, which they put on the FLOOR, on which I slept all week. And this is for 1 thousand UAH. per day without food. The number was not even changed in principle, when more than half of the rooms were free. Separately, I will tell you how SUPERDIL solved the situation. They called the administrator, who said that ON THE PHONE we agreed on this particular number. But I have a contract with SUPERDIL and I paid the money to SUPERDIL and the photo and description on the SUPERDIL website and how could I agree on this number by phone without seeing the number?
This year I went to Turkey on "all inclusive". Not much more expensive, but the service is heaven and earth.
