We were warned that the recreation center "Karpaty" in Mezhhirya is an old Soviet-built complex, but with normal cosmetic repairs. In fact, it turned out to be much worse. Old rooms without renovation. Terrible plumbing, rusty sink, cold water faucet can't be opened normally. Either strongly or not at all. The first night we slept dressed, even the heater did not help. After they turned on the second small heater, the dust from the rugs rose like a column. Bed linen is old. In some rooms the windows have been replaced with plastic ones. For example, our room was new, but without slopes and window sills. Stucco kept falling from the ceiling onto the bed. The triple room also had a closet and a small bedside table, on which we put the TV, which we ran looking for throughout the complex. Someone especially resourceful took the TV from the hall. In general, who managed - that was lucky.
Separate conversation about the dining room. You still need to go through the courtyard to get to it. Food - a separate conversation. I like Western food in general. But if a person first came to Western Ukraine, and even to such a dining room, I think he will be disappointed forever.
