We rested in the hotel complex "Lake Vita" in August 2013 (family with a child of 6 years).
Places were booked for a month - got a room in the new building, all the cottages were already occupied.
The complex is located outside the village, on the highlands, away from the roads, the influx of tourists from the side is minimal (we felt it weakly). Corporate parties are fraught with discomfort - you can not get into the restaurant at certain hours. And it gets noisy in the new building. So couples and families are better off in cottages.

Most of all I liked the location of the Kotovo cottage - with large balconies, opposite the lake. Not bad located "Laguna" and "Island". "Borzhava" stands not far from the pool and the playground, the view to the side is a beautiful mountain landscape, the direct view is to the transformer box. "Cherenina" and the new building are located at the very entrance. The view from the balconies is so-so, partly on the lake, partly on the parking lot, households. a playground and... (I hope the garbage will be stored elsewhere next season).
Territory. Compact. Very clean. It feels like she's being watched. In the evenings, beautiful illuminations are turned on.
Lake. You can't swim. Swim in a boat too. Pure. When we were diligently collected and exported algae. Lots of fish!! ! A unique sight - a lot of trout jumps out of the water, somersaults, dives... you can't take your eyes off. Great fishing! Fishing is allowed only in a designated area - near the restaurant. There are so many fish that it is impossible to stay without a catch. You will have to cook by yourself - on the grill. Along the lake there are many solid wooden pavilions with electricity (you can turn on the light in the evening), wide benches and tables. Next to each is a barbecue. A fire will be made for you, and you can cook fish or barbecue (meat is marinated in a restaurant). It is possible to order additional dishes in the restaurant and dine on the beach. The use of the gazebo, firewood - free of charge (thanks to the administration).
Swimming pool. dug. The bottom is pebbles. Water comes from the lake through a filter. Accordingly, there is no heating. I suspect the water is often cold. (We swam only 1 time, then the weather turned bad). On one side of the pool there is a sandy beach, on the other side there is a wooden deck with sunbeds. Nearby playground.
Nutrition. Pleased! Despite the distance from populated areas, there is no inconvenient pre-order system for the day. He came when it was convenient, he chose what he wanted. Prices are reasonable (against the background of similar establishments). There are many options for a child - cottage cheese casserole, pancakes with different fillings, scrambled eggs, cereals, potato dishes, good chicken meatballs... Coffee is not for 25 UAH!! ! In general, this is the first place in the Carpathians where the expense item for food (tasty, high quality and in sufficient quantity) did not cause stress.

Neighborhood. The landscapes around are magnificent. Moreover, there is no need to specifically go somewhere to see the panoramas. A walking path starts right from the pool. A big plus is the presence of rather gentle paths and a dirt road, along which it is convenient to walk (along the slope, without sharp ascents and descents).
Tours. They consist in the fact that you are brought to your destination. Then - either walk on your own, or use the services of a local guide. Huge plus - 20 min. ride there is a cable car in Pylypets, which also works in summer. Climbing Mount Gemba (cable car + walking to the very top), blueberry plantations, panoramas of the mountains from the top of Gemba and from the chair during the descent - the most vivid summer experience! If the hotel is full, arrange an excursion several days in advance. There are 2 cars in operation. They carry on all routes declared on the site. We were on Synevyr, in Kolochava, at the bears and in Pylypets.
Entertainment. Few: 1 Russian billiards table and 1 tennis table in the conference room (administration often works there, which is annoying). There is no children's room. Animations too. The stable is missing. Works 1 "myrrh horse" (driven by the bridle). It must be ordered the day before. It's boring on rainy days.
In general, a comfortable hotel complex in a picturesque location, with reasonable prices and good prospects. But since the hotel is new and will obviously expand, before the trip I advise you to find out if there is construction on the territory
