They settled us without any problems, very pleasant staff, especially the administrator: showed us the territory of the hotel, told where to go in the surroundings, where to go and with whom to go on excursions.
We rested in the economy, the first days we were alone (toilet and bath for two rooms), so we actually got a “Lux” room at an economy price. The bathroom was cleaned daily, soap and shampoos were brought (although shampoo companies differed on different days). They didn’t clean our room, although when we forgot to take the kettle to the reception and returned from the trip, they made a remark to us about this and said that the rooms had been cleaned and the kettle was noticed (nothing had changed in the room, even feathers were left on the floor) .
Poor sound insulation, you can hear everything that happens in neighboring rooms, and the sound from the corridor is like from your own room.

Regarding the bathroom, it was closed with two locks (it does not close with one), if you closed from the inside, then a person can open you with a key. The ceiling was low and at an angle. A person at 1.75 should bend down in the bathroom, I am silent about the toilet for boys higher....a problem with the layout, but also unpleasant.
Three sockets per room + table lamp and socket far from the bed. In any case, to turn off the light, you need to get out of bed.
In general, the room had a refrigerator and a TV - they worked well, a lot of channels, a table near the window and two glasses and a bed. In general, enough for life.
Things can not be taken out of the room, but the administration gives out blankets for relaxation, you can ask for dishes in the restaurant, they also brought firewood to the grill without any problems. Wifi worked well in the room, you could watch movies from your laptop.
The territory is well-groomed, flowers are blooming, there are sun loungers, many gazebos, a rocking chair (there was one), and goydalki. You can play table tennis or ask for cards (we took cards, because we don’t know how to play tennis). At night, everything is very beautifully illuminated.
We did not eat at the restaurant, but there is a hut next to it (the ruined building in the middle turned out to be very cozy and with very tasty cuisine).
