Rested in the complex from 17 to 23 September 2017. I really enjoyed my stay. Cozy, clean, clean, rooms of different classes, picturesque views from the windows, friendly staff, a very diverse list of spa services, convenient location near the mountain river, within walking distance to the center of Mizhhiria. The week passed like one day, but leaving a lot of pleasant divination and real pleasure. Large indoor pool with instructor, tub, bath, sauna, jacuzzi, salt and children's room, free Wi-Fi, mini pump room, massage services, gym with tennis table, ATVs, bicycles and restaurant. There was simply no hour to be sad, despite the rainy weather. The girls at the reception are very polite and professional, especially the administrator Irina with a charming smile, who will always be happy to help and solve any organizational issues.
Impressed by the cleanliness of the rooms, cleaning and linen change on schedule, design solutions on the floors and in the rooms, comfortable furniture and serviceable equipment, elevator. Prices for services and accommodation are adequate. The only thing that disappointed me was the food (except for breakfast) and the service in the restaurant. The menu is quite diverse, but the professionalism of chef Vladimir raises huge questions. . The food was very fatty, some dishes did not match the menu in terms of appearance and taste (risotto, pancakes, pasta), the fish was undercooked, chicken bone was floating in the chicken broth. They witnessed the neighbors at the table returning food to the kitchen, and some went without waiting for their orders. . and this despite the fact that the price of dishes on the restaurant menu is not quite cheap.
I also did not like the service of the waiters of the shift: not always respectfully wrote down orders, incorrectly conveyed the wishes of guests to the kitchen, inconsistently brought food. We were not particularly hungry, but we would like to draw the attention of the owners of the complex to the described problems, because the restaurant should help increase profits and increase attendance, and not be its "white spot". We hope for the right conclusions to avoid problems for the future. And in general - everything is GREAT! Despite the rainy weather, we were able to find real comfort, enjoy the spa treatments and immerse ourselves in the warm atmosphere of your institution, which during our stay became our home.
