terribly. on the eve of arrival we booked a suite by phone and confirmed on the website, when we arrived - no one knew anything about our reservation. settled with nerves, as a result, the mood is spoiled. the suite itself is small, there were no bedspreads on the beds, no shampoo or disposable slippers! and the worst thing is that in the cold the room was practically not heated - as a result - I had to sleep dressed. and this is a suite for 1400 UAH. In addition, this hotel will not be included in the discount system when buying a ski pass. I definitely do not recommend settling there
