Good afternoon! Decided to leave a review because the holiday was ruined. When we arrived, everything was fine, the room was normal, the view was beautiful! The spa is excellent, especially liked the tub. The food looked delicious. But everything was for the time being. On the third day of my stay, I ordered dumplings with mushrooms, where I found worms. I asked what kind of seasoning it was, to which they thought for a long time and admitted that it was worms from mushrooms. Well, I think it happens, all the same mushrooms. Although you have to watch. The next day, the godfathers ordered porcini mushrooms in sour cream, and when I put myself a spoon, I found a COCKROACH there !! ! For my proceedings, they only gave me money at the expense and said that this was an external factor. I said that I would no longer be here, to poison myself and the children. On that they simply counted the money upon the fact of the stay. Outraged that they did not even try to hush up the conflict. I hope my review is helpful.
