Rested with her husband in the winter and was very disappointed with the service in the restaurant on the ground floor of the hotel. We travel a lot and know each other on the service. So, let's start with the arrival: - the receptionist is friendly and competent, - the maids are very good and these women maintain perfect cleanliness in the rooms - restaurant, horror! Starting with the administrator who talks very loudly with his colleague at the bar (guests are not interested in listening to what you want sex and what you had there in a nightclub), these conversations are superfluous.
Bartender, if you can call that child a bartender (parody of the bartender), the coffee we were served we did not even drink (serving latte terrible, burnt milk, in a word, snake), we did not raise a fuss but did not want to eat), in the evening was a fiasco, coming to dinner we were told that they are closing and the kitchen is not working (considering that the restaurant is open until 23:00, we came in at 21:20), the same girl Marichka closed the door in front of us (should we starve to death? ), with such a face, as they came to her home (hospitality of the highest level). My husband and I were shocked by this, from all this we went to dinner at the restaurant Hetman, where we were treated normally. All the next days of our stay there, we had to eat in the Hetman, Trembita and the Carpathians Migovo, the desire to go to the hotel restaurant was not! I want to celebrate cheesecakes and thank the kitchen, it's really delicious.
We would like to advise the owners to hire people who are friendly, hospitable and who will be interested in the profits of the institution. With such staff you will go far.

Why did you write a review only in May? They were faced with the choice of a place of rest in Myhovo and chose not the Carpathian Tower. We definitely do not recommend this hotel!
