We rested with my family for the New Year, chose this hotel from the photos, because I did not find any reviews, so I decided to write the whole truth. The location is not good for those who do not have a car, local transport runs poorly and after 7 pm you need to get from Mukachevo only by taxi. The territory itself is nice and well-groomed, but the promised lake is not there. Barbecue paid - 50 UAH. In the sauna, everything is paid - even the hair dryer, the frostbitten sauna manager came in all the time to remind you of the time (you have 30 minutes, 20 minutes, 15 minutes, 10 minutes left), the time for cleaning between visitors is not calculated. The junior suites and suites are spacious, the beds are good, the bed is clean, I can’t say for the standards, but during the 6 days of our stay the room was never cleaned, because the hotel administrator and the maid are the same person, this indicates a low level. For food and service, we have separate impressions. There is no kettle in the rooms, so when they asked for boiling water, the dissatisfaction of the staff was visible, but special thanks to the bartender Vika and Kristina, they are really very sincerely kind girls, the rest smile through their teeth! New Year's table cost us 1250 UAH. without alcohol and a program, when we saw what was on the table - just goofed (fried cabbage, steamed, stewed and fresh cabbage salad, homemade sausages were from rice with the smell of liver, undercooked potato olivier without sausage with sour peas and mashed wood with cabbage sauce) - and all this is very tasteless, well, I didn’t want to spoil the mood in the first place for myself in the new year, in short, we didn’t eat at the hotel anymore!
