Like the author of the previous review, we wanted to book this hotel through booking. com, but the administrator Alena threw off the card number of the hostess Valeria and, accordingly, an advance payment of 50% was thrown off directly to the hostess. On booking. com I can't post my review. Arriving at this hotel, I was mildly surprised by so many positive reviews. The room was booked standard. I expected it to be small, but not to the extent that the door to the bathroom does not open completely, as the bed interferes with it. It is simply not possible to put a suitcase on the floor and put things in a closet. Of course, I didn’t come to sit in the room, but the room suggests going in, lying on the bed and not making any more movements. The room is not small, but very small (and the cost of 500 UAH in my opinion is unreasonably high). Next we went to a restaurant. It's just awful. Administrator Alena came out in a greasy apron without any emotions. I didn't like the food. Chef Dima came out of the kitchen with sour cream on his face. Hosts! Did you even pay attention to your staff? WiFi didn't work. The territory is not as fabulous as it was stated on the site, I don’t know what advantages there are, except for the Prut River. Shabby sun loungers, a sandbox? Well, it is in any private estate. We stayed 1.5 hours and decided that if we stay here, then the rest will be hopelessly ruined. They did not want to return the advance payment to us, they did not give the owner's number. This is the first time I've met such a person (but let it be on the conscience of the owners). People! No need to go there. There are a lot of different private mini-hotels, sadibs, etc. We got into the car and within 1.5 hours we found a wonderful place with the same beautiful nature (Prut River), pavilions, sauna, barbecue and excellent hosts. I don't name it so they don't think it's advertising. The vacation was a success and my husband and I all 7 days only thought how good it was that we did not stay at the Klen Hotel. I don't know who writes such good reviews. But this is the first time I meet such dishonesty on the part of the owners. Even when there were small children and for various reasons we had to leave a day or two earlier, they always gave us money. And here are the grabbers. Petty and saving on everything hosts. Pay attention to staff. All in all, this hotel is definitely not worth the money. Seek and you will surely find. We will certainly return to the Carpathians, but not to this hotel.
