They couldn't even check in, because the workers first booked a room without prepayment, and then 2 days before the New Year holidays, when we were getting ready to come, they told us that we hadn't confirmed anything and they didn't have rooms. Although we called them for confirmation, and in some cases they also promised to contact us. Heavy staff and completely irresponsible attitude towards potential customers. One could immediately say clearly about the prepayment, and not just hand over the number to others who dropped UAH 1.000 on the card, and spit on people who are counting on something! I advise you to think carefully before booking a room here and even more so to reset the prepayments, which are also not a fact that guarantee something other than a spoiled vacation.
