The doors from the balcony were broken in the room, which did not close. Shower cabin, dirty toilet! Accessories: slippers, bath accessories are missing. The hostess mocks people, this hotel does not match the quality with the price! . The food in the villa is disgusting and expensive, they don't take orders from the menu, the food is not fresh! The staff lies at every turn, but this is how the hostess put it. There is a kitchen, but without a stove, the question is why do you need a kitchen at all then? The pool is not heated, it is impossible to swim, the children only salivate. In the evening, the territory is not illuminated, apparently saving! Yes, and the grill costs 100 UAH. Guys, don’t come here, the hostess is ill-mannered and very impudent, when we began to resent that how is it so the barbecue is paid, she replied: “you are in my house, you won’t command, you won’t like it, no one is holding you”! The hostess does not care how her tourists rest, the main thing for her is to get more money out of them.
