Although I travel a lot around the world and Ukraine, for the first time I decided that it was really worth leaving a review. We arrived in Voevodino in mid-April to celebrate my birthday and relax for a week. This was our first visit to the resort, and, unfortunately, it will be remembered for a long time. During the time spent, we managed to try and evaluate almost all the services provided. Below are their pros and cons:
SPA SALON:
We booked a spa tour for two for 7 days. For 1.5 months, the program was completely painted, the time was indicated, and everything was booked. Such rules of the resort, spa are asked to book in advance. As evidence, we had a correspondence via mail with the resort administrator and his confirmation that everything was booked. When we arrived, it turned out that they simply…forgot about us and our time was taken. As a result, no one apologized to us and did not try to fix something. They simply scattered our procedures on the remaining free space, which brought great discomfort to our vacation, because my husband and I went at different times and were forced to adapt to the salon. Apart from the administration, the salon specialists are quite qualified and there are no complaints against them.

POOL AND SALT ROOM:
When we arrived they were closed for repairs, they promised to open on April 19th, but this did not happen. The pool opened the day before we left, and the salt room was not available at all, so we couldn't use them.
GYM:
Quite small, but there are enough simulators, even though they are already worn out. Unfortunately, the treadmill was broken (it was never fixed) and parts were missing on some machines. But for a normal workout, everything is enough.
HOTEL AND ROOM:
We lived in a suite (207). I want to immediately warn those who are planning to go to the resort - in no case take this number. It absolutely falls short of the luxury standard by any standard. When we drove into it, it was not cleaned, there was no shampoo and soap, the sofa was ruined. It was hoped that the next day they would correct their oversight, but this did not happen. I had to write a note to the maids. They didn’t start cleaning normally, but at least they poured soap into the tank. Since there were few in the room, they did not immediately notice that together with us in the room there were... ROCKETS. We killed one on purpose so that there would be proof. Complained to receptionist. At first they tried to convince us that they were ladybugs, then that they were bedbugs (are bedbugs better than cockroaches? )... When we presented evidence, the maids just came and pretended to vacuum the room. So we have not once walked and demanded a solution to the problem. But the administrators did not want to decide anything, either they offered us to spray chemicals in the room, or they said that they had dripped glue under the washbasin... They refused to move to another room. As the director of the resort said and confirmed by the Kyiv office, there were many rooms and houses where we could be relocated, but the director said, and I quote: “Do not relocate you a couple of days before departure. ” So we had to live with the cockroaches in the suite for the rest of the trip.
RESTAURANTS:

We visited all three restaurants. The menu and prices are pretty much the same everywhere. Only in Kolyba it was a little more expensive. Worst service at Hungry Trout restaurant. The minimum time that we waited for our order was 40 minutes, but more often we had to wait more than 1 hour. The bill, like the change, was also in no hurry to bear. The waiters do not know how not only to smile, but also to be polite, they allow you to chew gum while communicating with customers. Large companies are served faster than two people at a table with a similar order. This has been proven over and over again. They do not want to take a card for payment, in a rather rude form they require cash. A couple of times we managed to pay with a card and only once they took out the terminal, the rest of the time the waiters no longer wanted to deal with us and demanded that we ourselves go to the bar and pay there. By the end of our trip, they stopped accepting the card altogether.
HORSE CLUB AND RENTAL DEPARTMENT:
Only in these two places we were pleasantly surprised by smiling rental administrators, as well as a very qualified riding coach Maria, try to sign up with her if you want to learn how to ride well. Sometimes it seemed that we were not in Voevodino, so much was the difference between these places and the general situation at the resort.
CENTRAL ADMINISTRATION AND RECEPTION:
The administrators are extremely unfriendly. They meet you with such a facial expression and tone that it is immediately clear that you are not welcome here. Our appeals were not particularly resolved in any way and we were answered more in such a way that we would quickly fall behind. After our complaints and attempts to resolve the situation with cockroaches even through the Kyiv office, nothing has changed, but the director of the complex promised to compensate for all those, to put it mildly, “inconveniences” that we had to face, although he argued that we should be sympathetic, after all, people are all angry because of the situation in the country, that's why they serve us like that! ! By the way, we have never met such a terrible service anywhere in Ukraine. As for compensation, they compensated by the fact that on the day of departure they demanded to pay a FALSE bill for allegedly using the minibar. We didn't even open it though. The administrators argued their demand by the fact that we lived for a whole week and therefore could not use it. We refused to pay, they kept us for about half an hour, and only then they said that everything turned out to be ok and we could go.
Here we have such a “pleasant” rest and “pleasant” compensation for all the inconveniences.
You don't wish this on anyone. . .
