We went to the hotel with a paid ticket, but could not move in. The room was incredibly dirty. They drank a layer everywhere, the bed was old, cluttered, the bathroom was the last straw: in the trash - feces, in the shower mold and hair. The room had a balcony ...On the balcony: a layer of dust, cigarette butts on the floor, dead flies lying underfoot and weighs a cough with dried flowers. This was the situation in mid-September. When we complained to the staff and asked for someone who could explain the situation, we called the brother of the hotel manager. He replied to our indignation "And you came here to check the gunpowder. " Such rudeness.
