Dear owners, please pay attention to breakfasts, during breakfast, something incomprehensible, unorganized happens: you can’t find a free table, everything is occupied! We personally waited for breakfast for 20 minutes, and probably would have waited if I hadn’t made a remark! Maybe for the May holidays, you should just add waiters, and maybe you should think about expanding the restaurant. Well, the saddest thing happened later, our child got chickenpox, and we are like normal people (who understand that the disease is infectious, and that the hotel is full of small children, we turned to the administrator that we were ready to leave, but unfortunately from the administration side, there was no no reaction, they say your problems, we will not return the money to you, rest further, get sick, and, accordingly, infect everyone else. Yes, we left 5 days earlier, we didn’t receive any money, but oh well, well, I think the administration could come up with an offer like come to us at any other time, we will give you a discount, well, at least something from the owners, but alas. . . Therefore, in fantasy, we will not come again, and we will not recommend to friends! It's a pity!
