1. It was very cold in May, it reached -2 at night, we didn’t feel it in the hotel it was warm, in the evening it was comfortable in a T-shirt, it turns out that the heating was turned on.
2. For breakfast, the choice of dishes is small, but everything is fresh, deliciously cooked and we were full.
3. The territory was fenced, as always everything is beautiful and in flowers, everything is well-groomed. A trampoline was installed for the children.
4. The pool is heavily chlorinated, on the one hand it is bad, on the other hand it is good, as there is a guarantee that chlamydia and all kinds of fungi will not cling.
5. The rooms are cleaned imperceptibly, no one is breaking in the door. The staff is friendly and any questions are answered on the spot. I did not notice any rudeness during my 3 stays.
6. Wi-Fi is a beast. On the 4th floor, we watched Eurovision on the laptop, it showed perfectly. There were a couple of days when it was a little buggy, it broke off. Previously, they had no Internet, but now they connected to work remotely and watched youtube, a good speed.
I would like to leave some suggestions:
1. It would be nice to add a couple of plates and at least a couple of forks. The market sells a variety of foreign sweets, and it is mostly tasted in the room. But this is purely my opinion.
2. This already applies not only to the Fantasia Hotel, there is one ATM for all Sunny Transcarpathia, which gives out 300 UAH. at a time, no commission, really. Two normal Privatbank ATMs are located 2 km away, in the village of Polyana, one of them turned out to be non-working. Something needs to be done about this, and the owners of all the complexes have something to do with it, this is somewhat abnormal.
3. Pavilions that are located behind the playground are rented out. One warm spring evening, one of the pavilions was occupied by the "intelligentsia", we listened to drunken screams and squeals until 12 at night, even the switched on TV and closed windows did not help. Something needs to be done about this too.
