Beautiful area, great interior. We live in Reinkarz, where we went to the salt room, to Charcot and planned a massage. We decided to go to their restaurant for lunch and was very unpleasantly surprised. The child was brought a semi-warm soup with meatballs, consisting of 3 meatballs, 3 pieces of potatoes and 2 slices of carrots... but at least edible; mushroom soup on sour cream turned out to be a tasteless, sour liquid, with black carrots floating there. The waitress answered the claim with the only argument: we always do this and no one complained, and the soup "cannot be like this, because it cannot be like that. " And the question is not that I paid for an inedible goo that I didn’t eat, but that I didn’t see any intention to resolve the situation there. Especially for those responsible for the service and reputation of the hotel: an inedible soup cost me UAH 43, and the reaction of your staff cost you UAH 3.000 in lost profits from the hotel spa services client (today is only the 2nd day out of 15 stays in Polyana).
