Ruined NEW YEAR!

Written: 2 february 2010
Travel time: 31 december 2009 — 8 january 2010
We stayed at this hotel for the New Year holidays.
I won't recommend anyone to go.
And the most annoying thing is that the hotel is not bad and the rooms were new and good, but the "owners" of this institution themselves spoiled the rest.
Difficulties arose even during the settlement: they could not accommodate us for 2 hours (a company of 6 people), on December 31 in the morning.
Yulili, rude....This despite the fact that we transferred the full amount for everyone for another 3 months. They persistently tried to settle my mother in a double room with two separate small beds, although she honestly bought herself a double room at full cost for herself alone with one normal bed.
Then there was a New Year's dinner, one piece per person, there were few guests at this celebration of life. The rest were more perspicacious and ordered dinner at other restaurants. The same "HOSZAEVA" and their guests walked with us, about 15 people.

A nightmare. A holiday for them. True, even for them, the celebration was at a catastrophically low level.
It's okay.....
Then, on the first day, there was an ice pool, with a broken thermometer, which always showed +27, and the same cold sauna for 300 UAH/hour.
When we complained to the reception about the quality of such a service, my sister was told that she probably came from the village (so they said! ) Since she didn’t like something (she is the director of the company and traveled all over the world - there were no words... ), and to my mother, also a respected and intelligent person, they declared "woman, sit within your paid room and don't stick your head out... ".
After such rudeness, we naturally wanted to move. We didn't get our money back so we had to stay. Since I fell ill after these misadventures with acute bronchitis, we no longer quarreled. And they gave me injections together. At the end of the rest, even the administrator, secretly from her leaders, came up and asked for forgiveness for spoiling the rest.
So everything is clear.
We will rest naturally, and not in Ukraine, and we will earn money.
But I never set foot in Polyana again. At least until the service in our country becomes adequate.
And I want to wish the owners of Polyana that the money that they unceremoniously ripped off from us for such an obscene vacation was the most enormous and the only income in their life. You need to have at least a modicum of conscience and decency. . .
