We arrived from this hotel a week and a half ago. We got in the low season, so for this money we are very satisfied with the rest! There are not many people in Polyana now, there are places to go and things to see! Porcini mushrooms are not 250 UAH per 3l jar, but 130! We liked the hotel itself, nice and clean. We regretted that we didn’t take the child, we thought it would be boring, but the hotel has a cool children’s room, bright and lots of toys! I took a photo, I'll add a photo! And a nice swimming pool included in the price. The room was cleaned every 3 days, not bad, they even put my mess on the dressing table. Changed towels regularly. The rooms themselves are as in the photo, spacious, sympathetic, everything is in order. Once I pulled the shower strongly and the shower holder fell off (I don’t know what it’s called), I informed the reception, they asked what could be wrong and everything was fixed right away. The hotel restaurant serves delicious food and is beautifully decorated. I’ll add a photo of a couple of dishes, in general we were looking forward to each dish to see what they would come up with this time) Breakfasts are included in the price, complex lunches and dinners were not taken, the menu is more interesting. We once went to the kolyba, it is located not far from Fantasia, there is a delicious baked potato and meat. And once in a hotel opposite the Reircarz, it's ok there too, but much more expensive and not so nicely decorated. The pump room in the hotel is on the ground floor, there is a warm and cold tap. Well, in general, they didn’t notice anything negative. Next time we will go to make it warm, there are cool barbecues and gazebos on the territory of the hotel, you can take skewers and firewood to fry barbecue. Well, in general, there is a beautiful territory of flowers even in such weather, in summer, in general, everything probably blooms. In other hotels there are no flowers at all, only grass and bushes!
The procedures took place in the hospital, and in Fantasia for underwater massage and sharko shower. Everything about the spa is great! Overall, we liked it and would love to come back!
